•    Work within a team of 3 in the Property Management department and then a small team of Sales and Leasing agents
•    Get your weekends back, Monday to Friday only!!

We are looking for someone with a minimum 18 months experience in Property Management - Residential OR Commercial. We are looking for someone confident, assertive and who has the ability to build rapport easily.

Reporting to the Director, You will be required to manage a small, high quality portfolio of properties. This role is ideal for an Assistant Property Manager looking to take on more responsibility and have autonomy of their own portfolio.  You will benefit from admin support as well as great training.  This role will also offer the successful appointment exposure to high profile clients & brand new properties.
 
The Candidate:
The desired candidate will require at least 6 -12 months Assistant Property Management experience and will demonstrate personal attributes consistent with a team oriented and customer service focused environment. Strong communication & organisational skills are essential.
